If you've ever had to get a television signal into your talent's dressing room you know what a challenge it can be, especially if you are overseas. TourTechSupport has the solution, it's called SlingSet. SlingSet is a hosted service which means that all of the necessary equipment is housed in our offices. So there is no equipment for you to purchase, set up or maintain. We take care of it for you. SlingSet is watched by installing the player software on any internet connected computer, laptop or PDA* anywhere in the world. Once connected an on-screen remote gives the viewer complete control of the receiver and DVR functions as if they were in the same room. Scheduling recordings and watching previously recorded shows is as easy as clicking the mouse. Add on a sports package to satisfy the most avid sports fanatics. The player software works on Windows and Mac OS computers and can be downloaded below. A SlingSet can be configured on multiple computers, allowing assistants to schedule recordings for your technophobic talent.
